    No — those are publishing + workflow tools. The Supercurve social listening snapshot is the *measurement* layer: who's talking about you, what they're saying, how that's moving against your category. We integrate with Buffer for publishing on Growth and above.

  • Which channels are tracked?

    Reddit and LinkedIn by default. Other platforms aren't supported because their data access is restrictive and inconsistent. If your category lives on Discord or Slack communities, Done-for-you can build custom tracking.

  • How do you handle brand-name false positives?

    Brand-name disambiguation is its own problem — many brand names overlap with common words or other entities. The platform learns your brand's context (does the mention appear near your category words? near your competitors?) and confidence-scores each match. You can flag false positives manually and the model adjusts.
