What your customers say on calls, in the same place as everything else.

Connect Granola and Supercurve reads the meeting notes in the folders you pick, read-only, to show every call on one timeline and to learn what your customers keep telling you. This guide covers setup, the data it keeps, and how to disconnect.

What it does

None of them write back to Granola.

The Meetings page

Every meeting from the folders you picked on one timeline, newest first. Open one to read Granola's summary, see who was on the call, and jump back to the note in Granola.

What Curve learns

Curve reads across your customer calls for what keeps coming up: the objections, pains and buying triggers your team hears. They land on the Knowledge pages with the number of calls behind each, and every entry links to the meetings it came from.

Curve's answers

Ask Curve what customers said about pricing last month and it answers from the meeting notes, naming the calls it read. Meeting content never appears in a shared Slack channel.

Setup

A key, then the folders.

One person with a Granola API key connects it once and picks the folders. Everyone on the team sees the result.

    Create an API key in Granola

    In Granola, go to Settings, then Connectors, then API keys, and create a key with the Public notes scope, so the folders your team shares are in reach (a key scoped to Personal notes only sees what you own or what was shared with you directly). API keys are available on Granola's Business and Enterprise plans; workspace admins can create a workspace key instead, which never expires.

    Paste it in Supercurve

    In Supercurve, go to Integrations, pick the website, and click Connect on Granola. Supercurve checks the key against your folder list before saving it.

    Pick the folders

    Choose the folders Curve may read. It reads those and their subfolders, and nothing else in your workspace. You can change the pick at any time.

    Let the first sync run

    Syncing starts right away and the Meetings page fills in. From then on Supercurve re-reads the folders daily, and within minutes of a change when your plan includes Granola webhooks.

Data we read and store

What syncs, and what never does.

Supercurve keeps a copy of these fields so the timeline loads fast and Curve can read across your calls. Anything not listed here is not stored.

MeetingsThe note's title, the meeting's date and time, Granola's AI-generated summary of the meeting, a link back to the note in Granola, and which of your picked folders it sits in.
People on the callFor each attendee, their name, the domain of their email address and a one-way hash of the address. The address itself is never stored. The note owner's name and email domain are kept the same way.
Never readTranscripts and recordings, your private notes on a meeting, the calendar invite's guest list, and any folder you did not pick. Supercurve never writes to Granola.

The data is used for one thing: showing your team its own meetings and recommendations in Supercurve. It is stored encrypted, visible only to your workspace, never sold, never used for advertising by Supercurve, and never used to train AI models. The full terms are in our privacy policy.

Disconnecting

Two ways out, and the folders decide what stays.

Either one stops syncing at once.

From Supercurve

Integrations, Granola, Disconnect. Syncing stops and the API key is deleted from our servers straight away, along with the webhook Supercurve registered.

From Granola

Delete the key under Settings, Connectors, API keys in Granola. The key stops working, and Supercurve shows the connection as needing a reconnect.

Deleting synced meetings

Meetings already synced stay so your timeline remains readable. Unpick a folder and its meetings are deleted at once. Email privacy@supercurve.ai to delete everything and we do so within 30 days. Deleting the website or your Supercurve account deletes it too.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

  • No. Supercurve reads the AI summary Granola writes for each meeting, never the transcript or the recording. Your private notes on a meeting stay in Granola too.

  • No. Every read Supercurve makes names one of the folders you picked. A Granola API key can technically see more than that, which is why the folder pick is the promise: nothing outside it is ever requested.

  • Granola issues API keys on its Business and Enterprise plans. Webhooks, which let Supercurve pick up an edited note within minutes instead of on the daily sync, are on the same plans.

  • Members of your Supercurve workspace who have access to the website the connection belongs to. The API key stays on our servers, encrypted, and is never sent to the browser.

  • No. Curve reads your meeting notes to answer you and to write your recommendations. They are never used to train models, and never sold.

  • Meetings from folders you no longer share are deleted from Supercurve straight away, with everything derived from them for search. What Curve already learned on the Knowledge pages stays, as it would after any conversation.
